Getting health insurance at 26 with a pre-existing condition?

"A member of family of mine wants to take records over to my existing automobile. I am awaiting documents to come back to accept her and get the concept in her name. The notice was too high anyways but I've to cover the note ($375) and  insurance  ($251) till everything can be found. I observed a cheaper auto for 6I realize (PIP)- Injury Security and (PDL) property damage responsibility is required and I thin uninsured motorist protection is required but I'm not sure about physical injury liabilty
Just how much would you pay for car  insurance ?
which condition normally has lower prices? NYC which can be my present state is a greater fee than these two but im unsure which is reduce from the two.

About investing in a 1999 ford fiesta someday I'm thinking. I have opted for A5 door car rather than 3 door car. I've heard of many people paying around 3k per year for  insurance . Simply how much variation about with regards to could having 5 opportunities produce in stead of 3? And what is the difference rouughly between covering a vehicle than something like a 1.4 diesel engine using a 1.8 diesel engine
